Project Coordinator

Department: Field Services
Reporting To: Operations Director

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Involved in Transformer Oil Reclamation and Oil Filtration works mainly responsible in tendering document and conducting analysis on-site as a progressive results monitoring.
• Coordinate with client on project works, meeting and planning schedule works.
• Prepare a quotation for client
• Responsible to perform sampling and transformer oil analysis on-site (if required).
• To maintain and take necessary care of the related testing equipments and Reclamation Unit.
• To ensure at all times that methodologies and work practices are in accordance with the accepted standard.
• To maintain proper and systematic documentation at site works.
• To ensure overall operations and system efficiency at site works by maintaining records and conducts necessary test equipment standardization and calibration.

 Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical
• Minimum 2 years of working experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact with various   levels of people.
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadline schedule and outside office hours.
• Positive work attitude, communication and values customer/client relationship.
• Must be independent, highly motivated, and able to work with minimum supervision and long hours at site.
• Computer Literate.
