QC Inspector
Responsibilities:
· Perform inspections on raw and finished products and witness testing activities
Requirements:
· SPM/GCE ‘O’ Level/Certificate or higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering.
· Preferably with ASNT Level II for qualification in UT, MPI, DPI and with certification in Welding Inspection.
· At least 2 years relevant experience in manufacturing, oil / gas industry.
· Able to work independently and to have an eye for detail.
· Candidates with experience in assembly and testing of API 6A equipment will also be considered.
Welding Inspector
Responsibilities:
· Perform good control on welding process. Ensure welding activities are carried out as per WPS. Request for NDE. Review RT films.
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years working experience related to welding inspection, manufacturing industry
· Certification in CSWIP 3.1 and CSWIP 3.4 or Certification in PCN Level 2 and CSWIP 3.4
Welder
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for Welding activities.
Requirements:
· SPM / SPMV or Trade Certificate in Welding.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in SMAW, SAW and GTAW and manufacturing
· Able to operate manual and auto TIG system.
· Must be able to work on 2 shifts.
· Candidates from the oil & gas industry are preferred.
